By purchasing and downloading or viewing the digital files, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Patterns

1. Skill Level Assumed

Patterns are written for crocheters who already have basic crochet knowledge and are comfortable reading standard crochet patterns. It is not intended to teach crochet skills or pattern reading. The pattern serves solely as instructions to create the item shown in the photos and accompanying video tutorial.

2. No Modifications or Alterations Included

Patterns do not include instructions for modifications or alterations. Any changes—such as adjusting size, yarn type, or stitch counts—are made at the buyer’s discretion and responsibility. Support is not provided for modifications outside the original pattern, and results may vary.

3. No Technical Editor or Third-Party Testing

Patterns are indie-designed and have not undergone third-party tech editing or external testing. The pattern has been written and tested by the designer, and every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and clarity.

4. Limitation of Liability & Refund Policy

The designer is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or expenses resulting from the use of patterns or courses. All digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only. Due to the nature of digital downloads & viewing, no returns or refunds are offered once the file has been accessed.

5. Affiliate Links

Patterns may contain affiliate links. If you choose to make a purchase through these links, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you.

6. Copyright & Distribution

Reproduction, redistribution, sharing, screenshotting, or resale of this pattern—in whole or in part—is strictly prohibited.

7. Selling Finished Items

You may sell finished items made using this pattern. When selling online, credit to the designer is appreciated. However, you may not use our photos or images to market your finished items; all listings must use your own original photography.

By purchasing and downloading this pattern, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.


Course Access and Availability

Purchase of a course through the Huskyberry website grants the purchaser a non-transferable license to access the course materials, including videos and downloadable resources, for personal use.

“Lifetime access” refers to the period during which the course remains available and supported on the Huskyberry website or its designated platform. Huskyberry reserves the right to modify, relocate, discontinue, or retire course content, platforms, or services at any time.

In the event that a course is discontinued or moved to a different platform, reasonable efforts will be made to notify purchasers in advance and, when possible, provide continued access to the course materials.

Access to course content may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or resold without prior written permission from Huskyberry.

1. Course Resources & Personal Use License

All course materials, including videos, charts, illustrations, downloads, and written instructions, are provided for personal educational use only.

Purchasers may not:

  • Reproduce or redistribute course materials

  • Upload course videos to other platforms

  • Share downloads publicly or commercially

  • Screen-record, resell or distribute any portion of the course

Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in removal of course access and legal action.

Certain Huskyberry courses may include downloadable resources such as symbol libraries, starter chart templates, guides, or other design assets.

Upon purchase, Huskyberry grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these resources for personal use and for creating their own original crochet patterns or designs.

The purchaser may modify and incorporate these resources into their own pattern designs.

However, the original files and resources provided in the course may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, or offered as a standalone or competing resource, whether free or paid.

The files may not be included in other digital downloads, courses, design kits, or symbol libraries without prior written permission from Huskyberry.

2. Right to Update or Modify Content

Huskyberry reserves the right to update, improve, modify, or remove course materials at any time in order to maintain accuracy, improve the learning experience, or reflect changes in software or tools referenced in the course.

Purchasers will continue to have access to the most current version of the course available on the platform.

Software Changes Disclaimer

Course content is based on the functionality of software available at the time of recording. Software interfaces and features may change over time, and Huskyberry cannot guarantee that all demonstrations will match future versions exactly.

3. Software and Trademark Disclaimer

Huskyberry courses may reference or demonstrate third-party software, including Adobe Illustrator and Affinity Designer. Huskyberry and its courses are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Adobe Inc. or Serif (Europe) Ltd.

Adobe, Adobe Illustrator, and related trademarks are the property of Adobe Inc. Affinity Designer and related trademarks are the property of Serif (Europe) Ltd. All other trademarks referenced in course materials remain the property of their respective owners.
